Yes - one more set of things to get doing.
I enjoyed reading this. Read it to get some ideas for a program I'm working on. Lots of fun ideas to playing around with thoughts of many types of creative people in between.

1. Work first thing in the morning. Don't get bogged down in the clutter of life before the YOU time.
2. Work for ten to fifteen minutes only. There is less to lose in a small bite of time and it's easier to commit to it.
3. Break down large goals into smaller bites. It helps to build momentum.
4. Reward yourself for meeting your goals. Chocolate. Go play. Shop. Whatever works.
5. Make yourself accountable. Preferably to someone else. Find someone you trust to pester you.

Go for walks and observe.
Don't try to be good.
Here's a fun idea from the book. Creative inspiration can come from seeing the responses of others to your actions.
1. Buy 10 things - flowers, candy bars, coffee
2. Give them to 10 people you wouldn't normally give a gift to
